The City of Surrey, local community volunteers, and a team from SORCE will be on hand in Invergarry Planting trees on October 12. The work is fun, and makes a bigger impact when more volunteers show up. Its a great event for nature lovers young and old alike. It's also a fantastic opportunity to give back to the community. If you would like to help out, the fun starts at 10am. We hope to see you there!
In 2012, SORCE volunteers helped plant a diverse range of trees and shrubs in an area near the pump track in Invergarry Park/Invergarry Bike Park.
Invergarry Park is located at Surrey Road & Wallace Drive in North Surrey, British Columbia.
